These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and any promotional emails, leaflets and brochures. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order with Little Rotpots you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Making a Purchase:

Please Note:  Not all products on this site are available for Worldwide Delivery.  Our murals, borders and wall art can be sent internationally but at the current time our furniture is only available for delivery within the UK, Scotland and Northern Ireland.  (Please see our Delivery section for more details).

Making a purchase could not be easier: 

• Take a look through our online shop, select the items you wish to purchase by placing them in your shopping basket, and when you've finished shopping select the "Checkout" button to complete your payment.
• During checkout you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order and you will be given the option to pay by either Barclays ePDQ or Paypal.  Make sure you complete the checkout process correctly - when finished you should be returned to a confirmation page on our site.
• We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
• As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
• Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered, unless we have notified you otherwise.

 Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: 

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

Guarantees

All furniture carries a 2 year guarantee period against major manufacturing defects.  All other items are covered by our No Quibble 14-day Money Back Guarantee.

Cancelling Orders

Customers are entitled to cancel an order no longer than fourteen (14) working days after the day on which you receive the products.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order dispatch, please contact our office immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy .

If cancellation of orders takes place after the items have been delivered refunds will be made less the cost of delivery.

Please note that your right to return an order does NOT apply to furniture which has been partly or fully assembled.

Payment

All prices quoted are UK Sterling, are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.

Delivery charges are:

Delivery within the UK is FREE
Delivery within Europe is charged at a flat rate of £9.99
Delivery to Rest of World countries is charged at a flat rate of £14.99

Little Rotpots accepts payments by credit/debit cards. You can order and pay for your goods on-line using any major credit or debit card using either the Barclays ePDQ or PayPal secure payment gateways.

You will notice when you are entering your card details a padlock will appear at the bottom right hand corner of your page. This indicates the page is secure and no-one else can read this information. We, as a merchant, cannot view during or after the transaction any card details the customer may enter.

Barclays ePDQ

Barclays ePDQ utilises a high level of encryption - 128-bit SSL encryption.  Even if customers only have 40 bit SSL capable PCs, ePDQ will automatically upgrade the connection to ensure higher encryption.

ePDQ also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with. Barclays take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their secure servers - this ensures that the information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.

Paypal

Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to their site, the server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches Paypal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. The servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.  

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. You confirm that the credit, debit or store card that is being used is yours.

Tax Charges

Little Rotpots is not currently registered for VAT, and as such are not required to charge VAT on the products they represent through their online store.

Returns Policy

Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Where goods are returned due to damages or faults delivery charges will also be refunded. Where goods are returned when no fault or damage is reported delivery charges will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy

Little Rotpots believes that electronic privacy is crucial to the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from our site completely confidential, and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:

• Take and fulfil customer orders.
• Administer and enhance the site and service.
• Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Little Rotpots will not wilfully disclose any individually identifiable information about its users to any third party. 

Accuracy of Information

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the site as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this site at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice except that Little Rotpots will notify you of any change in price after the placing of your order giving you the opportunity to cancel your order or accept the new price.

Intellectual Property

All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website, emails and promotional literature shall remain vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. 

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the website is strictly prohibited. 

Your Account Details

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure and you should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else and is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

As a customer of Little Rotpots you warrant that:

• The personal information which you are required to provide is true, accurate and complete in all respects; and
• You will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information by contacting Customer Services

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. You can access and update your personal information by clicking on "My Account".

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our range at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing or editing any product from this or for refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

To be eligible to purchase products you must: 

• Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
• Be over 18 years of age
• Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
• Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us

By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

While we will use all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website and in promotional literature, we make no warranties to its accuracy.

We can make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements and we cannot be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
