Normal delivery:Most orders should be delivered within 5 working days to UK destinations, but please allow up to 7 working days (excluding furniture orders). Please note that most items will require a signature upon delivery. Furniture delivery:Please note that furniture is currently only delivered within the UK, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Little Rotpots strives to be different and wants to make your life easier. This is why we use a specialist delivery company who will carefully handle and deliver your goods to you in one piece and at your convenience. Unlike many companies, we will not give you a generic "9am to 5pm" delivery time, forcing you to wait in all day. Our delivery team will contact you a few days after you have placed your order, to discuss possible delivery dates and times with you. On the day of delivery the driver will call you when approximately an hour away from your home, removing the need for you to wait inside all day. Please be sure to give a landline and a mobile number when placing your order so the driver can easily contact you. For all items in stock we aim to dispatch within 7-14 working days of you placing the order with Little Rotpots. Usually, all items shown are in stock and ready for shipping. However, since this site is maintained by a human, on a few rare occasions, an item will be out of stock even though it appears as available on the site. In that case, we will notify you that the product is unavailable and we will discuss the delivery timescales with you to ensure they are acceptable. We will require a signature to take ownership of the goods and deliveries will be made to the ground floor of your premises. At the time of ordering you are able to request an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient for you. Important Note: Please inspect your goods and only sign the delivery note once you are happy they have arrived in good order. If you need to change your agreed delivery date please contact us immediately. If our delivery team attempt to deliver to you on the pre-arranged date but are unsuccessful, you will incur a £50 charge for a second delivery. Delivery charges:We offer FREE DELIVERY within the UK. Delivery to European countries will be charged at a flat rate of £5.99.
