No Quibble 14-day Money Back Guarantee:

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase simply return the items to Little Rotpots within 14 days, fully packaged and in its original packaging.  We will then process your refund.  It is important that you get a proof of delivery for the items you are returning as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.  Refunds will only be given once the items are received by Little Rotpots.  We are not able to refund the cost of postage.

Items may have to be returned to either our warehouse or to our office. Simply notify us that you wish to return an item and we will provide you by return the address it should be returned to.

Returning Large Items of Furniture:

Collection of large items of furniture will be arranged by Little Rotpots.  We are not able to refund the cost of postage and collection.

Exceptions:

Due to health and safety regulations it is not possible to return mattresses once they have been unwrapped and taken out of their original packaging. We regret that we are unable to refund any furniture items that have been part or fully assembled.

Damages & Faults:

All furniture provided by Little Rotpots carries a 2 year guarantee to protect you against manufacturing defects.  All other items are covered by our No Quibble 14-day Money Back Guarantee.

Our teams work hard to check all items before they are dispatched to you. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit or you receive faulty goods please contact us immediately. We will work with you to rectify the problem promptly, providing replacements or refunds where necessary. Collection of large items of furniture will be arranged by Little Rotpots.

Refunds will be made once items have been returned and received by Little Rotpots. Refunds given in these circumstances will include delivery charges incurred.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order before it is due to be dispatched please email us immediately quoting your order number.  In the event that the item has already been dispatched, the customer will incur the cost of delivery.
